Project Process & Timelines
Personal Information
A project officially begins once the scope is confirmed, the proposal is accepted, and
payment is made (partial or full, depending on the package).
Timelines
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith. Delays may occur if the client is unresponsive, provides
incomplete information, or requests major revisions.
Client Responsibility
You agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely
manner to avoid project delays.
Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms
All payments are due based on agreed-upon milestones or service packages. We accept payments via secure
platforms such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal.
Refunds
Refund eligibility may vary by service. Refunds are not available after significant work or custom development has been delivered. However, we do offer a money-back guarantee on select logo design packages, subject to conditions.
Revisions & Approvals
All packages include a defined number of revision rounds (e.g., 1–3 revisions). Any additional revisions beyond the
included rounds may incur extra charges.
It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve deliverables before moving to the next phase. Once a project or
phase is approved, changes may require a new quote.
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, you will receive full rights and ownership to final, approved deliverables
(e.g., logos, websites, source files).
United Web Geeks Ownership
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless
the client specifically requests confidentiality.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All project details, data, and proprietary information shared with us will be treated as confidential
and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed without consent.
